The Fox Theatre and AFFAIRS at the FOX are pleased to present this information:

Rental fees include support staff for nine consecutive hours (four hour event time maximum), a uniformed police officer for the event, use of tables, chairs, risers, dance floor from our inventory, and cleaning.

FAQs

KITCHEN FEE

A kitchen usage fee of $250.00 will be charged whenever a caterer is used for an event.  This fee is waived if the Preferred Caterer, Affairs to Remember Caterers, is used.

CATERERS

To ensure consistent excellence, our list of approved caterers includes the most trusted companies in Atlanta. Approved caterers are required to be used for events held at The Fox Theatre.

OVERTIME

If access should exceed the nine-hour time frame, overtime charges shall apply at $250.00 per hour.

RESERVED PARKING

The Fox Theatre does not own or manage any parking. We can, however, assist you with pre-purchasing reserved, self-parking passes in nearby, independently managed lots. Based on availability.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

The Fox Theatre offers full service bar facilities with a well-trained professional staff and an extensive selection of fine wines, liquors, cordials, and non-alcoholic beverages. Our service options allow you to select a plan that will best suit your needs.

The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Georgia State Liquor Commission. As a licensee, the Fox Theatre is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is policy, therefore, that liquor, beer, and wine from outside sources cannot be brought into the theatre.

Beverage Service

MARQUEE

A personalized message for your private event at The Fox Theatre can be displayed on the marquee, at a rate of $200 per day. Your message will rotate with other messages of the day, beginning one hour before your event and ending one hour afterward.

The Fox Theatre joined the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge in 2012 to prove that conservation is the “next generation” of responsible preservation. As a historical landmark, we want to show that energy and water savings can be achieved while preserving our rich history and integrity. Our guests believe in the importance of a sustainable environment and we want to create the model for other historic buildings across the US to emulate.
