Fox Theatre All-Access Pass Program

The All-Access Pass Program is an immersive educational program that enlightens and inspires high school students to all forms of work in the creative world of performing arts. This exclusive, hands-on experience offers a rare look behind the curtain at the Fox Theatre, connecting students with industry professionals and career pathways in theater, music, dance, film, and arts management.

Participants in the All-Access Pass Program will:
⭐Meet industry professionals across theater operations, production, marketing, and more.
⭐Engage in hands-on learning through shadowing experiences and masterclasses.
⭐Attend a free performance at the Fox Theatre.
⭐ Explore career opportunities through curated workshops and interactive discussions.
⭐ Gain access to exclusive resources, including professional mentorship, networking opportunities, and tools to support their journey in the performing arts industry.

The All-Access Pass Program was piloted in the 2024/2025 academic year with three high schools: Hart County High School, KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, and Rockdale County High School. 

The Fox Theatre will accept three new high schools for the upcoming school year’s program, which begins in September 2025 and concludes in May 2026. Applications are now open and due May 9, 2025.

Who Can Participate?

The All-Access Pass Program is open to high school juniors and seniors from select participating schools within 150 miles of the Fox Theatre. Schools interested in joining the program must meet specific eligibility requirements, including having an active performing arts program and a demonstrated commitment to student involvement in the arts and community engagement.

Eligibility requirements include:

  • A public, Title I high school
  • The high school must be within 150 miles of the Fox Theatre in Atlanta
  • The high school has a performing arts program (Theatre, Chorus, Band, Orchestra, or Dance)
  • The high school is located in a county where one or more Fox Gives programs have been shared, including Georgia Presenters, Fox in a Box, and/or a Single-Year or Multiyear Grant award
  • Group participation may have 25 students minimum and 30 students maximum
  • Students must be high school Juniors and Seniors who have a passion for diving deeper into vocational opportunities within the performing arts
  • The school and students should be connected to their community, with a focus of volunteering and preserving their community theatres
  • Most of the students have a potential interest in further study in the performing arts post-high school, including college, university,y and technical school

All-Access Pass Program Scholarship

As part of the All-Access Pass experience, one outstanding graduating 12th-grade student from one of the three All-Access Pass high schools will be selected to receive a $5,000 scholarship to further their education in performing arts, technical theater, arts education, film, or arts management at a college, university, or technical school.

2024/2025 All-Access Pass Program Scholarship

The 2024/2025 All-Access Pass Program scholarship will be awarded in May 2025 to one deserving student from 2024/2025 participating in All-Access Pass high schools.  The three participating All-Access Pass program high schools for the 2024/2025 school year include:

Hart County High School in Hartwell
